IN A POT ADD WATER, GUAJILLO CHILI AND TOMATOES. BOIL IT
ADD TO THE BLENDER THE GARLIC, ONION, TOMATOES AND GUAJILLO CHILI. MIX
IN A SAUCEPAN ADD OLIVE OIL AND HEAT THEN ADD THE SAUCE AND LET COOK FOR 3 MINUTES.
ADD 25oz OF CLEAN WATER AND LET COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
NOW IT´S TIME TO ADD THE CLAMS
SMELL GOOD!!!
AFTER 5 MINUTES ADD THE FISH
SEASONING WITH SEA SALT
LOOK TASTY !!!
