Hi everybody
today we are going to learn the 16 steps routine of changquan (the north style)
this is the next routine after the five basic stances or wubuquan.
We always say that when we practice the basic routines you don't need to hurry.
The most important is to go step by step
this way you will improve faster.
Now we´re going to learn the routine.
