A suspension system can be considered to deliver ideal performance if it provides high sensitivity,
maximum use of the total travel and minimum interaction with the pedalling force.
Advanced Dynamics technology has allowed us to obtain the Lambda Curve:
a highly developed ratio curve determined by the exact positioning
of the rotation points and a specifically-designed link rod.
The Lambda Curve is characterised by three very specific sections.
The first section is highly sensitive. The area close to the sag position
is the highest point of the ratio, with high sensitivity to minor impacts.
In the second section, the ratio curve becomes a regression curve.
In this area, we have increased the linearity of the
bicycle’s total performance for medium impacts.
And in the third and last section, the curve becomes regressive in order to
improve the bicycle’s performance on major impact
and make maximum use of the Rallon’s extensive travel.
