Hi everybody
today we´re going to learn the 5 stances routine or wu bu quan.
This is the first routine on the learning of wushu
This routine contains five basic stances
gong bu (Bow Stance), ma bu (Horse stance), pu bu (flat stance)
xu bu (cat stance), xie bu (rest stance).
We suggest learning the chinese names of the techniques or at least learn the phonetics/sounds
because this way we can improve faster our learning.
Let`s begin
as you can see, the most important is performing every move the right way
step by step and to not hurry
because if you learn it in the wrong way it's very difficult to correct the mistakes later on.
Once we had learnt the moves, we can do it both sides
